Position - Social Media Executive
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
 Social media executive need to know what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being uses.
 Problem-Solving: Social media executive should be able to figure out how to best communicate a company's message on different social platforms, and sometimes might need to convey sensitive issues or deal with angry customers.
 Writing: Social media managers will need to know how to write effective copy in a lot of different styles, for Google+, twitter, Facebook, etc. Knowledge of writing for Social Media Optimization as part of SEO is also needed.
 Organization: There are many different platforms, and new ones are being developed all the time. How you communicate on each, determining audience, and measuring tactics all take organization.
 Interpersonal & Gaming Skills: Even through writing, social media executive are a direct connection between a company and the public. Being friendly and approachable online will help. Also experience of online gaming is must
 Technical Skills: Social media managers work almost exclusively through computers. Understanding computers, SEO, internet access and being tech savvy is necessary.
Qualification -
* Minimum 2 Years of experience in social media, digital platforms
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, PR Or Computer Science
* Knowledge of online gaming is must
* Master's Degree in Marketing is a plus
* Any digital marketing certification is a plus
* Excellent communication and team co-ordination skills
