Position: Business Development Executive/ Associate
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Qualification: Graduate - Technical, MBA or Post Graduate can also apply.
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Mandatory Requirement: Exposure of IT Sales/ Software Sales/ ERP Sales
Shifts: Night Shifts/ Day Shifts
Transportation: No cab facility available
Salary: Attractive Hike + Incentives
Job Profile Required:
*Strong Technology Solutions Sales background in Software Products / Solutions / ERP.
*Prior experience in Selling Enterprise Applications ( ERP, Supply Chain, or Accounting Packages)
*Fundamental understanding of ERP technology, CRM, and Inventory Management.
*Sold in International Markets (North America, Europe, or Australia)
*The ability to generate cold calling list for an assigned territory.
*The tenacity to make 50-60 cold calls in a day.
*Experience targeting "Net-New" business or "Greenfield Accounts".
*A track record for achieving quota.
*Must be able to represent proposed solutions and do product demonstration to C-level executives
*Preference will be given to the candidates with prior experience in selling ERP technology, CRM, and Inventory Management.
*To Sell on-premise ERP software / IT Software and its related services in India territory.
Skills Required:
*The ability to work in shifts.
*Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*Highly Motivated, Self-Starter, Sales Hunter Profiles ONLY need apply.
*Assume Complete Responsibility for Sales, Profitability and Cash-Flow
*Capability to work independently under minimum supervision.
*Develop and implement strategies to create new business revenue
*Must be adept in positioning, differentiating, and solution proposition.
*Have the ability to manage both short and long sales cycles.
*Clear and professional Communication
*Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
*Identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
*Manage accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation, signing, and post-sales support.
*Job involves extensive travelling across territory and sub-territory region.
